came up and asked me to move to his seat so that they could work on I’m a pharmacist my level of sarcasm depends of your shirt. I told him that I was really tired and claustrophobic, so I really didn’t want to move. He said he would pay me to move. I told him that I would take and he laughed at me and went back to his seat. Then he came back up 10 minutes later and said I said. He left again. Then he came back 5 minutes later and said. I ended up taking it in cash so that I could take a nap. You handled it correctly. They should have booked seats together. Their lack of forethought does not obligate you to switch to a lesser seat. I was tricked one time in this same situation.
sitting in the aisle seat, asked if I’m a pharmacist my level of sarcasm depends of your shirt switch with her because I was next to her daughter adult. I switched, no big deal, aisle for aisle. Then the guy who had the ticket for the aisle seat I was now in, showed up. I asked the woman for her boarding pass and she just said, I had the middle seat. So I was stuck in the middle. That’s been at least 15 years and I have refused to move when asked every time since. Many times I get that ‘you’re an ass’ look. Don’t care, not going to happen again. They should have booked the seats they wanted. Incompetent people expect competent people to compensate for their incompetence, why?
